Embody The Life You Long For
Somatic Coaching Offers:
One-on-One Somatic Coaching is a way for folks to try out the Strozzi methodology and me as a coach. You pay per session and there’s a sliding scale fee offered depending on your budget and needs. We will still work within a 10-session framework to give us a container to start off, but this gives clients a bit more flexibility. I offer a sliding scale fee of $85-$150 per hour session.
This is the package for folks who are ready to make this investment in themselves and commit to 10 sessions. This is the lowest rate per session I offer- $80 per hour. The total for 10 sessions of $800 can be paid in one payment, or in 2-3 smaller payments. Timelines and amounts will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting our first session.
I offer group practices that blend yoga asanas and breathwork, somatic practices, and mindfulness. This can be tailored to different groups’ needs and also include a specific theme or focus. Time can range from a shorter 20-minute practice to a more workshop style of an hour and a half. Cost varies depending on time, preparation needed, and number of group participants.
What is somatic coaching?
Somatic coaching is a way for us to be in practice with what we want to change. Many of us have been in situations or even life stages when we’ve felt unsure of who we are, what we want, and where we really belong. Many of us have also learned or been taught to disconnect from our bodies, uncomfortable sensations, thoughts and emotions, and deeper parts of ourselves from a young age. In somatic coaching, we get to be curious about what currently lives in the body and the Self, and what wants to emerge and needs to shift in order for us to embody the lives we long for.
In the Strozzi methodology of Somatic Coaching, we work with three areas to create somatic transformation:
Somatic Awareness
Somatic Practices
Somatic Opening
Somatic transformation becomes possible when we are able to embody a new response to the same old pressures, a response that comes from creating a new way of being in our lives; a response that is more aligned with our values, our longings, and who we want to become.
Have you ever found yourself doing the work to change your belief systems and even habits and patterns, only to find yourself repeating those same patterns when you are experiencing stress or under a lot of pressure? Somatic coaching helps us to bridge that gap: the gap of who and where we are now to the life we want to embody, the life we long for. And it helps us to do that by deeply integrating the body and it’s wisdom into the work of individual and social transformation.
